Spacious and professional treatment room in an established physiotherapy and pilates practice.
The practice is located at 56 Esplanade, between Church St and Yonge St. Short walk from King Street subway and Union Station.
The clinic is situated in a renovated industrial-style loft with hardwood floors and high ceilings.
The treatment room is 120 sq ft with heat and AC. The walls contain sound insulation and exterior sound panels.
Room availability is the following:
Monday: all-day
Tuesday: 8 am to 2 pm
Wednesday: alternating weekly; all day or 8 am to 2 pm
Thursday: all-day
Saturday: alternating weekly; all-day
The contractor fee/rent is for a total of 3 clinics per week (6-8 hours for each clinic) to be paid monthly.
Agreement to rent can be month to month. More hours available with negotiation.
