Osteopathic Manual Practitioner
Full-time and/or Part-time positions are available in beautiful Golden, BC!
Golden Collective is a new and thriving manual therapy clinic and movement studio in Golden, BC, right in the heart of the Rocky and Purcell Mountains. The clinic is growing, and we are looking for full-time and/or part-time Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (OMP) to join our team. Currently, we have 1 OMP and 2 RMTs with full client loads and see the demand for additional Osteopathic services in our community.
We offer Manual Therapy (RMT and OMP) out of 2 treatment rooms and Movement Therapy classes in our small, intimate studio space in the mornings, evenings and weekends. We are a collaborative and flexible team of therapists and instructors who work together to provide professional and compassionate healthcare to our clients, as well as a positive and playful working environment for each other!
Job Details
- Full-time and/or part-time options are available starting in April.
- Included: Jane app (online booking, online charting, direct billing, etc.), electric Osteo table, on-site laundry, free parking, and all linens necessary.
- We do not have reception, so we take our own payments and do our own direct billing.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for upholding your Osteopathic practice in a professional and quality standard.
You will also be responsible for:
- Your own laundry.
- Pitching in to clean the rooms and spaces. There is a shared cleaning checklist that we all contribute to.
- Opening and closing the clinic if no one is there before or after you. Keys will be provided.
Qualifications
- Certified Osteopathic Manual Practitioner
- Ideally has two years experience out of school
- Positive and team-oriented individual
- Hardworking and independent individual
- Takes initiative and capable of managing their own practice
Golden is a beautiful mountain town with plenty of outdoor adventures to be had: skiing, XC skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, climbing, hiking, paddleboarding, and white water paddling. The community here is friendly and welcoming, with plenty to get involved in if you’d like. A lot of people come for a short time and end up staying for a long time, myself included!
